We provide professional creative services including but not limited to:

  • Photo editing & retouching

  • Document and layout design

  • Marketing content creation

  • Brand identity & logo design

Service agreements for custom projects may require a separate written contract outlining scope, payment, timelines, revisions, and deliverables.

In the event of any conflict, the signed service agreement will take precedence over these Terms.

 

2.1 Digital Products (Planners & Downloads)

We sell digital planner products for personal use.

 

2.2 License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable license for personal use only.

You may:

  • Print for personal use

  • Use digitally on personal devices

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense

  • Share files with others

  • Upload to file-sharing websites

  • Modify and resell as your own

  • Use for commercial resale

All digital products remain the intellectual property of The Little Cactus Design Collective.

3.2 Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

All prices are listed in AUD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

Custom services may require:

  • A non-refundable deposit

  • Full payment before final file delivery

Failure to complete payment may result in withheld deliverables.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Downloads

  • Branding materials

  • Website design

  • Photography

is owned by The Little Cactus Design Collective and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Client Work & Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to:

  • Display completed client projects in our portfolio

  • Use work for marketing and promotional purposes

If a client requires a confidentiality agreement, this must be agreed upon in writing prior to project completion.

 

6. Revisions & Deliverables (Custom Work)

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:

  • Projects include a limited number of revisions

  • Additional revisions may incur fees

  • Final files are delivered after full payment

Editable/source files may incur additional charges unless specified in contract.

 

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt services

  • Copy or scrape content

  • Transmit malicious software

We reserve the right to terminate access if misuse occurs.
