1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on littlecactusdesigns.com are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the file has been delivered or made available for download.

Because digital files cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

 

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You accidentally purchased the same item twice.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

 

3. Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your file:

  • Please contact us at admin@littlecactusdesigns.com.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

  • A replacement file will be provided if necessary.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Lack of knowledge on how to use digital planner files

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

Please ensure that the product description meets your needs before purchasing.

 

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Access to digital products may be revoked.

  • Future purchases may be restricted.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

 

5. Custom Design Services

Refund policies for custom design services (including branding, web design, photography, or marketing services) are governed by the individual client contract or service agreement.

Deposits for custom work are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
